On January 31, 2023, the phase III clinical trial kick-off meeting of quadrivalent influenza virus subunit vaccine (6-35 months old) was held at the Henan research site, which is another phase III clinical trial launched after the successful phase III clinical trial of quadrivalent influenza virus subunit vaccine (3 years old and above).

On February 15, 2023, the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Project - Quadrivalent Influenza Virus Subunit Vaccine R&D and Industrialization Project successfully passed the mid-term inspection and acceptance.

On April 26, 2023, Dr. Lin Kumano (Vice President) and Dr. Zhihua Liu (Project Director) of Yither Biotech Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, announced the research progress of a broad-spectrum mRNA vaccine for orthopoxvirus "A Quadrivalent mRNA immunization elicits potent immune" on bioRxiv responses against vaccinia and monkeypox viral antigens – a step closer to a broad orthopoxvirus vaccine”。

In November 2023, the phase I clinical trial of lyophilized human rabies vaccine (human diploid cells) was launched, which is a randomized, single-arm clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety of lyophilized human rabies vaccine (human diploid cells) administered with three different immunization schedules: five-needle, 2+1+1 and simple four-shot in people aged 10-60 years. It marks a new stage in the research of lyophilized human rabies vaccine (human diploid cells).
